Shipping policy

We ship within 2 business days. For in-store pickup we will have ready same day if received by 5pm EST. You will receive a second notification when your order is ready for pickup.

Combined Orders
We suggest that pre-ordered items be ordered separately from “in-stock” orders, as in stock merchandise can be shipped immediately. If you combine in-stock and pre-order items into one purchase, all items will be shipped when the pre-order is fulfilled.

Delivery Issues

While we do our best to always work with our customers - we are not in control of packages once they are with the shipping carrier. Please ensure that your delivery address is correct and if you have had issues in the past with stolen/misplaced packages with strongly encourage you to request signature confirmation or have your package delivered to your work or other secure address. We cannot be responsible for packages that are indicated as delivered from the shipping carrier. In the case that a package is indicated as delivered but you have not received it, we will work with you to help you submit a claim.
