Refund policy

Return Policy (includes preorders)

  • Online purchases are eligible for a full refund less the cost of shipping within 30 days of delivery
  • In store purchases are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase
  • Products must be in the same condition that you received it, unused/unopened, and in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required to be eligible for a refund
  • For accepted returns, no re-stocking fees apply but buyer is responsible for shipping fees
  • Excessive preorder cancellations will lead to disqualifications from future preorders.

    Exceptions /Non-Refundable products

    • Final sale products bought online or in store are not eligible for return
    • Perishable goods (such as food or drinks) are not eligible for return
    • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) are not eligible for return
    • MTG Single sales are final, but are able to be sold back at current buy price.  
    • Gift card sales are non-refundable

    Timing & Process for Online & Pre-order returns:

    • To start a return, contact us at admin@victorypointlgs.com with your proof of purchase to initiate the return
      • For unshipped orders/items - we will process a full refund within 24 hours of your request to your original payment method
    • If your return request meets the guidelines outlined in this policy, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as, instructions on how and where to send your package.
      • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
      • The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer and will be deducted from the final refund amount. There are no other costs or restocking fees applied to returns. 
    • Once the item is delivered to Victory Point and inspected for damaged and we will notify you if your return has been accepted. This process will be complete within 48 hours of delivery of your return to our store.
    • If approved for your return, you’ll be automatically refunded your full purchase price on your original payment method minus any applicable shipping. 
      • Please note;  Once Victory Point sends the information to your financial institution please allow 1-3 business days to see the credit to your account (this time varies depending on your financial institution’s policy and processing time)

    Exchanges
    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. 

    Damages and issues
    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
